MCKEES ROCKS

We are thrilled to announce that Radiant Hall has added 20 new studio spaces of varying sizes ranging from 90 to 950sf currently available at our McKees Rocks location! We offer both 6-month or month-to-month rental rates starting as low as $175/month,

Along with all of the standard amenities offered at the McKees Rocks location, this community environment is enhanced by shared common spaces including two lounge areas and a kitchenette. Artists are further supported in their practice with a designated classroom, gallery space, a project space with a loading door and spray booth, and on-site ceramics and print studios providing unique tools such as a newly acquired kiln.

Temporary Project Space is also available on the Lower Level.

• Lower Level, 1100sf space - 3 month lease, shared ($400/month)

Our Temporary Project Space has loading dock access. The Lower level space as a spray booth with ventilation fan. This space is larger than most studio space and does not have individual wall partitions. You must be ok with working in proximity to others who may be using loud equipment. Wall and floor space will be allocated upon lease signing. Temporary Project Space leases are not automatically renewed, as we are planning for changes and future organizational use.
