3RD RIVER FELLOWSHIP

Radiant Hall is pleased to announce a new opportunity for local artists, THE 3RD RIVER FELLOWSHIP, thanks to the generous support of the Raymond C. and Martha S. Suckling Fund of the Pittsburgh Foundation.

Selected artists will receive one year of free studio space at Radiant Hall McKees Rocks.

 
ELIGIBILITY

To be selected, artists must reside in Aliquippa, Ambridge, Coraopolis, Haysville, Leetsdale, McKees Rocks, or Sewickley (zip codes 15143, 15136, 15108, 15001, 15003, 15056). They must also meet the following income eligibility guidelines, based on area median income (AMI). If your household size is not reflected here, please let us know.

BENEFITS

Up to 10 applicants will be selected to receive a 12-month fellowship at Radiant Hall McKees Rocks (734 Thompson Ave). The fellowship includes all Radiant Hall membership benefits and designated studio space at no cost. Studios are assigned based on availability and range in size from approximately 90 to 140 square feet.

Our McKees Rocks location hosts a supportive community of over 50 artists, and features a variety of shared amenities (including off-street parking, wifi, ceramics studio, spray booth, gallery space, and more). The facility is open to members 24/7.

Fellowship recipients will have waitlist priority for available studios after the award term ends.

SELECTION PROCESS

The application process is the same as our regular membership selection process, with the added eligibility guidelines noted above. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with a priority deadline of January 23, 2026. Fellowships will begin as early as February 1 and no later than October 1, 2026.
