Stephanie Lantzy

Stephanie Lantzy is a contemporary expressionist painter whose work in layers that often allude to going on a timeless and meditative, wandering walk. A lifelong artist who picked up her first brush at age 11, received formal training at UC San Diego in Visual Arts, and then took a creative detour into a 25-year career leading human-centered design teams for global biotech firms before fully returning to painting—her first and deepest love.

A passionate traveler, Stephanie finds inspiration in unfamiliar places, shifting light, and chance encounters—often taking photos and painting along the way. She lives and paints in Pittsburgh with her husband Jamie and their Baja rescue dog, Otto, who is not quite calm enough for the studio.

Her work is collected nationally, and she is a proud member of the Pittsburgh Society of Artists.
